Is iPerform3D right for beginners?
Absolutely! There are lessons for true beginners (as in you just got your first guitar) all the way up to advanced players.
Is iPerform3D for acoustic or electric guitar?
Both. Each lesson has a "Getting the Sound" section suggesting which type of guitar is best for the lesson, but all lessons can be played on either acoustic or electric guitar.
Can I use iPerform3D on more than one computer/device?
Yes. You can use iPerform3D on as many devices as you like. Simply download the Windows, Mac, Android or iOS version and login with the same account information across all devices.
What are the operating system requirements?
Windows: Windows 7 or later.
Mac: OS X 10.10 or later. MacBook Pro or MacBook Air 2012 or newer.
iOS (iPad): iOS 8 or later. iPad 3 or newer.
Android: Android 4.x or later.
(While not optimized for iPhone or Android Phones, the app works on both - though the text and other elements are very small)
What is a Customized Lesson Plan and why is it important?
Customized Lesson Plans let you choose the lessons and skills you want to focus on. Each plan includes email reminders to log in and take your next lesson (which will automatically be sorted to the top of the lesson menu).
Your Customized Lesson Plan will help you stay in a regular practice routine... and since ongoing lessons cover different and more challenging techniques, you can be sure you'll be covering all the bases and improving over time.
Do I have to follow the Customized Lesson Plan or can I take any lesson I want?
With a membership to iPerform3D you have 24/7 access to ALL lessons. You are not limited to lessons from your Customized Lesson Plan. Feel free to jump around to different genres and skill levels as much as you like.
Can I change my Customized Lesson Plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Just submit a support request and you will be sent an email with a link and instructions.
Do you have a left handed version of iPerform3D?
Yes. A left-handed version is available. If you downloaded the right-handed version, contact support and you will be emailed instructions on how to convert to the left-handed version.
Can I upgrade from a monthly membership to an annual membership?
Yes. Just submit a support request and you will be upgraded.
How do I update or add a credit card?
You can update or add a credit card from the My Account page. If the card number has NOT changed, click update card. If the card number is different, click Add credit card.
How do I cancel... and do I get a refund?

How do I Rotate the 3D Display?
Mouse - Click/hold the LEFT mouse button and move mouse left, right, up or down. On Mac it's the same, just use the single button.
Trackpad - Click/hold the LEFT button and slide one finger across trackpad. On Mac, press one finger to click/hold and then slide across trackpad.
Touchscreen - One finger touch/drag.
How do I Pan the 3D Display (move up, down, left or right)?
Mouse - Click/hold the RIGHT mouse button and move mouse left, right, up or down. On Mac, press the CTRL key, then click hold the single button and move mouse.
Trackpad - Click/hold the RIGHT button and slide one finger across trackpad. On Mac, press/hold the OPTION key and then slide one finger across trackpad.
Touchscreen - Two finger touch/drag.
How do I Zoom the 3D Display?
Mouse - Use the scroll wheel. If it's a Windows mouse without a scroll wheel, hold CTRL and move mouse up/down to zoom in/out. On Mac, slide finger across mouse surface up/down.
Trackpad - Two finger slide down/up to zoom in/out. Same for Mac.
Touchscreen - Two finger pinch.

By accessing the iP3D U.S. web site and its sub-domains, currently located at www.iPerform3D.com (the “Site”), and using any of the Services (as defined below) accessible through the Site, you become a user and agree to, and are bound by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to use the Site or Services.
