iPerform3D V2.0 is a browser based application and iPerform3D V1.0 was a downloaded application. V2.0 is designed on a modern platform and is designed to run on Macs and PCs and within most browsers. V2.0 will also be the platform on which we continue to add features and content.
Yes. When you log in to iPerform3D V2.0 the first time, we will install the necessary plug-ins on your computer. From that point forward, we suggest you use iPerform3D V2.0. You can uninstall or retain V1.0.
A plug-in is a small computer program that interacts with your web browser to provide a very specific function. In this case, the function is the display of interactive 3D content.
There are two plug-ins that are required for iPerform3D. One is Flash from Adobe. Many users already have Flash. We will check to make sure you have the most recent version and only install the Flash plug-in if necessary. The other plug-in is Unity3D. The Unity3D plug-in is used to render the interactive 3D images you see in iPerform3D V2.0. Both plug-ins are small and will not impact anything else on your computer.
Yes. In V2.0, you have the choice of 3 speeds.
No. In V2.0, video runs only at normal speed.
When you click on a lesson from the lesson list, you'll see the lesson information appear in the right window. Click on the little printer icon to open a pdf of the tab in a new window, and then print the pdf from your browser.
If you have a two-button mouse, hold down the left side to rotate, the right side to pan, and use the scroll wheel to zoom.

Yes. We set cookies in two ways. One during account creation if you check the box to "Remember Me". This cookie remains even if you close the browser. The other cookie is set during the purchase process to store your shopping cart information, and is deleted once you closed your browser.
Yes. iPerform3D pulls all of the lesson components from the internet as you view them. You need a broad band connection to view iPerform3D content.
Yes. However, if you do, you won’t be able to view iPerform3D Lessons any longer and removing the Flash plug-in may impact your ability to view other content on the web that relies on Flash.

Minimum System Requirements: - Windows XP and Vista; Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher. Most graphic cards and integrated graphic chip sets will work. The best thing to do is take advantage of the free trial and make sure that the animation plays on your computer. Web browser including IE, Firefox, and Safari. Many other browsers will also work with iPerform3D content.
